The lever does lock into place with no slop.

I can find no other damage.

The splines are all good with none stripped or missing.

The lever is steel but does have some surface rust starting in spots and a few small worn chrome, straight has no large scuffs or scratches.

The only exception to this would be defective items. This is not normal, very rare, there are usually no problems, but it does happen.

The pinch bolt is included but cir clip and washer are missing. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
